"....It starts in April 1999 (Easter weekend) and will run till the first of November 1999. The exhibition will be located in a museum "De Zilverreiger" near Antwerp. The museum & resort's theme is the life and crafts around the river "Schelde", which runs through Antwerp. Every year they do an extra exhibition. Last week they decided, on my request, to do it about knots and ropework, fancy knots, tools & marlinspike seamanship. If you want to send some items, tell me if you want them back or donated to the museum. If you want them insured, mention the value. There are enough showcases available, so the items cannot be touched by the public. The items for the exhibition are expected before February, deadline is end of February. On the opening, everyone who contributes will be invited for a drink and a dinner.
